We care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old.

You will be required to pay the total payment at the time of booking.

Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled service date to qualify for a 50% refund of the contracted childcare price (excluding the non-refundable booking fee).

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 2 weeks of the scheduled service date. We reserve the right to deny refunds for any reason if the cancellation occurs less than 2 weeks before the service date.

If unforeseen circumstances, such as COVID-related Orders, result in a cancellation, rescheduling may be possible, but refunds are not guaranteed.

Due to dietary restrictions and allergies to certain types of food/beverages, we can supervise the feeding of children with food/beverages provided by the parent or by the venue. Due to liability, Children At Play Event Childcare does not provide food/beverages.

The safety of children is our top priority. Each child and parent is assigned a unique identification (ID) number to ensure secure pick-up and drop-off. Children will wear a security wristband with their ID number, while parents will receive a matching claim card. At pick-up, the wristband and claim card must match for the child to be released, unless prior arrangements have been made. If the claim card is lost, a photo ID will be required for verification before the child can be signed out. Additionally, parents will complete a childcare liability waiver when registering their child(ren) for care.

• Unfortunately, not at this time. Children with nausea, fever, a contagious condition, or a medical condition requiring medication will not be serviced by us. Contagious conditions include fever, rash, associated with impetigo, or chicken pox, pink eye, head lice, HFMD, and ringworm.
• Caregivers will not administer medication. If a child does require medication or medical attention, a staff member will immediately contact the parent or emergency contact.

No! A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date. The final payment must be paid in full one month before your scheduled service date. Failure to pay final payment one month before your scheduled service date will result in your service becoming unbooked.
