Who’s a Great Fit for This Role?

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with childcare experience or a background in teaching. Your creativity, dedication, and energy will help us create memorable experiences for the children we care for.

Job Duties:

Be a Professional in FUN!
Work as a team player with a strong work ethic.
Stay attentive, proactive, and energetic.
Assist children with activities, serve meals, and supervise bathroom breaks/diaper changes.
Safely lift up to 30 lbs.
Always follow company policies.
Demonstrate emotional, physical, and intellectual stability.
Manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and maintain excellent interpersonal skills.
Communicate effectively with people of all ages and be detail oriented.

Requirements:

Agree to local, state, and national background checks, which may include fingerprinting.
Provide valid picture identification.
Pass a drug test.
Obtain or hold Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
Be at least 16 years old.
Complete an IRS Form W9 and receive an IRS Form 1099 for taxes annually.
