Job duties for Child Care Providers include:
- Being a Professional in FUN!
- Being a team player with a strong work ethic
- Must be attentive, proactive, and energetic
- Assisting children with their activities
- Serving meals to the children
- Assisting during bathroom breaks/diaper changes
- Be able to lift 30lbs
- Comply with company policies at all times
- Must be emotionally, physically and intellectually stable
- Have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize
- Able to communicate with people of all ages, be a great listener, pay attention to detail and have great interpersonal skills
Requirements
- Must agree to local, state, and national background check which may include finger printing
- Must have valid picture identification
- Must agree to a drug test
- Must have or obtain an Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older
- Must complete a IRS Form W9 and receive a IRS Form 1099 for taxes each year
