Tables and chairs are provided by the event host, as they’re essential for crafts, meals, and other activities. Clients are also responsible for arranging a snack and beverage station if food service is desired, with a designated area recommended to keep things organized and tidy.

It is a requirement that the host ensures the childcare area has clear and unobstructed access to emergency exits, prioritizing the safety of every child. For added security, we recommend setting up a check-in/check-out area outside the childcare space to give parents peace of mind and a convenient point of contact with our caregivers.
