What Parents Need to Know

Age Groups & Ratios

We provide care for children 6 weeks to 12 years old, maintaining the following staff-to-child ratios for optimal safety and personalized attention:

  • Under 2 years old: 1 caregiver per 3 children
  • 2–3 years old: 1 caregiver per 6 children
  • 4+ years old: 1 caregiver per 8 children

Child Registration

  • To ensure exceptional care and proper preparation, children must be registered at least one month before the event.
  • Early registration allows us to tailor our services and ensure the best experience for your child.

What to Pack for Your Child

  • Label food/drinks (nut-free, ready-to-eat, and no heating required).
  • Label changes of clothes, diapers, wipes, and bottles. Bottles must be pre-mixed and stored in insulated coolers.

Drop-off & Pick-up

  • Each child will receive an ID wristband, and parents will get a matching claim card to ensure secure pick-up.
  • If the claim card is lost, a photo ID will be required to verify identity before releasing the child.

Safety First!

Your child’s safety is our highest priority. Here are the key measures we take to ensure their well-being:

  • Health Screening: Children showing signs of illness or contagious conditions will not be admitted to protect the well-being of all children.
  • No Medication Policy: Our caregivers do not administer medication.
  • Emergency Protocols: All caregivers are trained in CPR, First Aid, and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) use, ensuring they are equipped to handle minor injuries or medical emergencies.
  • Child Supervision: We adhere strictly to our caregiver-to-child ratios for close supervision and individualized attention.
  • Allergy Awareness: While we strive to maintain a nut-free environment, parents must provide labeled, ready-to-eat meals and snacks to ensure dietary needs are met.
  • Restricted Access: Only individuals listed on the registration form or with a valid ID and matching claim card can pick up your child.
  • Behavior Management: We emphasize positive reinforcement to encourage appropriate behavior and minimize disruptions.

If you have additional concerns or requirements, we’re happy to discuss them with you to ensure your peace of mind.

Behavior Guidance Policy

We emphasize positive reinforcement and redirection to foster appropriate behavior. If persistent challenges arise, parents may need to assist, and repeated concerns could result in removal from care.

Late Pick-Up Policy

  • Late fees begin 6 minutes after the scheduled end time and range from $10 to $50, depending on the delay.
  • If pick-up is delayed by more than 30 minutes, local authorities will be contacted, and a $100 fee will apply.
